The 33 has been sold

I am selling Bruce wheeler's 33 Coupe for Maggie. Some may know this car better than I. I washed the last 10 years dirt off of it drained the fuel tank and added fresh gas and charged the battery it started right up and runs smooth. It is a very rare car and I haven't found any rust any place. The interior is in great condition. There is some paint cracking in spots over some small areas that had bondo. It has a 41 president straight 8 in it that has had some work done in the past ( I have all receipts from the early 80s) Bruce's wish was that this car would not be hot rodded that is why I am posting it here first before I post to Hemmings or ebay. the asking price is 24.500 you can contact me at 520-979-0065 or email studeblu@gmail.com Thanks Jerry Jerry

For Sale electric wiper motor I have a working electric wiper motor from a 40 President $100.00 I thought it was not working so I found an NOS one for $200.00 but when I installed it did not work. I found a bad switch. I tested the original and worked just fine.

The wiper switch I got from Russ was exactly the same as the one I removed. it is installed now but is the same as old one that I sent a picture of in an earlier post. The last picture I send was my spare headlight switch I got from Steven Allen

Yes Robert I got a switch from Russ and now my wipers work great. Thanks for your help. I would normally check with Russ on parts but I just assumed it would be a hard to find switch. I tried Steven Allen but he did not have one although I got a headlight switch from him for a spare and I think he has the dash light switch also. I could take a picture of the back of it if you want. Thanks again to you and Dan for your help Jerry

Thanks Robert and Dan for the pictures and information. Yesterday I took out the switch to take pictures and mine has 4 contacts on the back. I don't think any of the ones pictured will work. After looking at pictures let me know your thoughts. Thanks Jerry

Robert the picture you shared is exactly the switch I need. Robert is that switch for sale ? If not maybe Dan has now that he has a picture for reference. I put my old one back in to fill the hole. It is not repairable it has a hole burned through it from shorting out. Thanks for your help guys Jerry

In need of a wiper switch for my 40 President part #197934 NOS or good used would be ok. Let me know if you have any leads or another switch that would work. Thank for any help with this

My 40 President has sacked out rear springs. I have had springs re arched and have had mixed results. I have also added a leaf on some later Hawks and that worked pretty good. I don't know of a place to get new springs. had a friend me tell to just get helper springs. What have you done with saging springs and results ? Thanks Jerry

Thanks for responding Dick. I found a 40 sales brochure and got a pretty good picture of the interior. Your 40 president club sedan is beautiful. Are your running boards original ao did you replace the covers? I am trying to find covers for mine but have had no luck. I got mine for my 37 President and 38 Coupe Express from Shrock but they don't make them for the 40 . Do you know of anyone making them for the 40? Thanks Jerry

Wanted inside windshield moulding center clips for 40 commander or president these are the little clips that join the inside windshield moulding on the center top and bottom of the windshield
