Can you identify this piece. It is light metal, painted, 5" in diameter, four taps on the back to attach it to something. I think I saw one on the internet at one time for sale. I think it was a decorate plate that pushed on the back of a spare tire on a Model A or Model T on the hub or something like that to advertise this "Rome" company. I would guess this company made hubs or tires? Can you help. CAH
