  1. Thank you for the response. I lost mine when I helped a friend do a motor swap. Now it looks like it might be the one I need to simplify my F40 (6 speed ) swap.
  2. I could use a picture of the oil filter adapter of a 89 specifically but would not mind all the years. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Daniel
  3. check you motor mounts, I would start with the dog bone. Also loose bolts on the mounts and brackets.
  4. Yes the reatta has a weak transmission. Almost all the sensors from the ln3 will work on the series one. Minus the oil pressure sensor and maybe one other(it has been a minute). GNX? You will have to explain that one. If you want series one swap info look up the write up I did years ago. Also if you find info on the forum let the person/s know so it can be corrected.
  5. Misinformation? Not sure if I understand what information you are speaking of. There have been several people take different routs to supercharge their Reatta, but most have succeeded in doing so successfully. I personally have used three separate setups in my car. With the latest and last being a 05 engine and a f40 six speed manual transmission. That being said I can honestly say, unlike many other swaps, every original system and electronic device still works in my car.
  6. First time here. I should be here for a few years.
  7. Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested in my series2/3 supercharged six speed manual 89 Reatta. Not sure if I am willing to sell her but can't hurt to see if there are any interest. Also I am now in the El Paso Texas area so I may be willing to build a supercharged car for the right price.
  8. I guess there are some corrupt files in the 90. I am sorry for that as I downloaded and never opened them. That being said here are links to the 89 and 91 91 FSM https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0JDg-xlzpapUXAxbGJoNENzeFE 89 FSM https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0JDg-xlzpapNUp5RVlCWmY1dGc
  9. sssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! GM is assholes and have a lot of ambulance chasers. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0JDg-xlzpapeG5Ia202TEg2Nlk
  10. Oops didn't realize a good buy was already posted.
  11. If you do end up needing a pump buy it new they are around $20-30 from rockauto. May be cheaper.
  12. I am assuming it never used to show as high previously. Sounds more like your water pump is going out. The impeller is pressed on and over time will loosen up at temperature causing the temperature to climb slightly at first. Later it will keep climbing. On the other topic. Radiators can clog and not flow as well with time.
  13. None. But you will need it tuned. I did a write up a long while ago.
  14. I did a couple stereo mods of my own. Sound slightly better than stock. LMAO.
  15. Shit yeah. Do a good write up.
  16. I have a few more years before I retire out.
  17. The sheared pin. Did you replace it?
  18. Just to insure you did replace the aligning key? If not that is your issue.
  19. Not for a few more days. The off to Texas for a bit.
  20. You can check it by poring cool water over it (the icm) the next time it stalls.
  21. Too bad it already happened as I would have loved to go.
  22. Wiring to or the oil level switch is bad. Easy check for the wiring is to understand plug the connector and use a piece of wire or paper clip to jump the terminals. The warning should toggle with the opening and closing of the circuit.
  23. Also his new post definitely insures there is an issue.
