  1. Thank you very much, From what pictures I could find on the web it looked like a '48, but the story is he bought it when he got out of the army in '45, so I have to talk to him a little more. maybe this was a test drive of a new Lincoln, showing off to his future father-in-law.
  2. My dad says it is a '37 but the trim on the back looks different. Sorry about the picture of a picture, but My sister got artsy and shalacked the picture to a piece of wood. Thanks Glen
  3. Thank you Phil for the pictures and looking into the owners list. Biggarmike, Thank you. That is a awesome offer. 4 hours is a long trip. I will try to get the picture or pictures that my parents have of the car to confirm its year and model. I tried to ask my dad yesterday, about the car, but he can't hear. I was yelling into the phone.... I will try again this weekend. I will get back to you. I appreciate your responce. Thanks. Glen
  4. When my Father was discharged from the Army, November 15, 1945, he bought a 1937 Lincoln Coupe. Dated My mother in the car. Drove to their honeymoon in it. I would like for him to see one again. Maybe even sit in one. He is 82 years old now and living in Altimonte Springs Florida. Anybody have one down there? I am willing to pay for the trouble. Thanks, Glen
