  1. Are you referencing the brace circled in red?
  2. I have used Arthur Gould Rebuilders in Massachusetts several times. They have been in business many years. They are very reliable and have a quick turn around time. the number is 508-210-0891
  3. While disassembling the rear quarter windows I came across a piece of rubber I can’t ID. It wraps around the upper end of the rear quarter window guide and fits below the rubber rear body seal. I called Steele and Rubber the Rightway and neither reproduces it. The originals are dry-rotted. Has anyone ever seen this rubber part?
  4. I’ll add some pictures of removal of a 54 buick steering wheel. Hopefully it will help. It looks very similar
  5. No, It's an old Niagara sheet metal jump shear. Probably 100 years old and still operational.

  7. I’ve tried just about everything to keep mice out. I tried to seal everywhere I think they could get in. I’ve tried the machines that plug in and create a high frequency. I didn’t have much luck with them. I’ve tried D-con. I end up finding dead mice in the most obscure nooks in the cars and shop. Best thing I found that works for me is botanical rodent repellent. I have been able to buy it at Tractor Supply. It works for a few months. I’ve tried other natural rodent repellent with less luck. The I spray the perimeter of the shop with Mouse free. I bought it at a local RV center. Just my 2 cents but it works for me.
  8. Hi Lamar, looks like this is the Delco-Moraine pump. They used both Delco-Moraine and Trico. My understanding is they used Delco-Moraine in the earlier cars and then switched to the Trico version. I have added pictures of both types. I think someone may have put the sticker on the old one when they switched the pump. Top picture is the Trico and bottom picture is the Delco-Moraine . I’m interested in purchasing this one from you.
  9. FYI Dayton wire wheels quoted me 700 dollars a rim to refurbish/re-chrome and stainless steel spokes earlier this year
  10. The seal “lip” faces inward. Here are some pictures of an old one I removed and a new replacement seal I got from Bob’s. Hope this helps
  11. I'm confused. Did you claim your own radiator
  12. If your willing to ship your tank for rebuilding then I would recommend Moyer’s Fuel Tank Renu in Pennsylvania. I’ve used them and have been very happy. They have been in business for many years.
  13. Looking to buy both the right and left front seat adjuster track covers. Used on electric front seats on models 52 , 72 , 100. Model 100 was hydraulic but used these covers too. They are letters A and F in the schematics Thanks Brian
  14. You can purchase this from Bob’s in California. Here are some pictures of one I used to replace a broken horn wire on a 54 buick. Last picture is the original I replaced It was a very close replica of the original. I think it was between 20 and 30 dollars Hope this helps

  18. I’m looking to buy a power brake vacuum pump relay for a 1954 Buick. I’m hoping someone has one they are willing to sell. They were located on the driver side inner fender. Delco-Remy 1116896 Thanks, Brian
  19. I know these are pretty difficult to find Looking to buy a rebuildable 1954 Buick convertible hydraulic control valve. It should be the same unit for 1951 to 1954 Buick, Cadillac and Oldsmobile according to Hydro-e-lectric in Florida. The first picture Is from one skylark I am restoring. It had a good unit. This picture is for reference only. The pictures with the red background are from another skylark I’m restoring and it had a incomplete valve. If you have one and are willing to sell it please let me know. thanks Brian
