  2. The sixty-eight year old weather stripping on my Buick has melted and is stuck to the door and door jams of my 1939 Model 41. If anyone has any experienc in removing this type of residue I would surely appreciate your advice.

  4. Got my running boards back from the body shop today and still do not have a viable way to remove the old mats. If anyone out there has a removal technique, please let me know. I need to remove the dried out old mats from the running boards of my 1939 Buick Model 41. Any guidance you could give me would be appreciated. Thank you for any help you can pass along.

  11. I have a 1939 Buick Special Model 41. I am trying to find the stainless steel trim that goes along the running boards. I am also trying to locate rechromed bumpers and bumper guards or an outlet that does the rechroming. I am also interested in having the four door handles and two trunk hinges rechromed. I WTB stainless steel used or NOS for my 1939 Buick, please give me any information you might have and I will respond to any offer. Thanks!
