I sure this Nash top frame is long gone?

Thanks for your help, I set the timing and the points and it starts like a charm.

I need help before the garage catches fire. Put rebuilt carb on 30 model a ford. Started the car for a few minutes and the exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe down to the beginning of the muffler were cherry red. I immediately turned the car off and turned off the fuel supply. I noticed the water temp on the motometer was not hot. Any suggestions?
