I went to look at a Model T in a barn this morning, but a few of its features confused me. The chassis and wooden wheels looked like a Model T to me, but I have never seen fenders like these on any car. They had a very distinct crease down the middle. And, the steering wheel was strange with some sort of extra center piece and ring behind it. Any idea who made these fenders? All four fenders matched and fit the body well. Thanks for looking.

It looks like someone else has told the historian that it is a 1910 Velie Touring Car

I was asked by a historian recently to identify this car. Any help would be appreciated!

There will be a guest speaker at this car show. Franco Cimatti is the "engineering concept manager" at Ferrari, SpA in Italy. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and will speak on his engineering career in the auto industry at ~2pm. Would you have any idea how to quickly repaint all those Ferrari's gold instead of UGA red?
