The hood ornament triangle appears to be rear-leaning. This would be indicative of a '48-'49 Commodore. I'm not familiar with the '50. The triangle was straight vertical on '51 models. It is definitely not a '52. Completely different base. The emblem in the first image is hard to identify because of too little is shown of the grille. If the grille bars are straight horizontal, it would be a '50.
Here is the image with some of the magenta cast removed to make the surrounding colors more natural. Obviously I don't know what the color of the car should be but its color was changed consistant with the RGB colors of the image.
This is a good site also with a lot of knowledgeable people for information: TriFive.com, 1955 Chevy 1956 chevy 1957 Chevy Forum , Talk about your 55 chevy 56 chevy 57 chevy - Belair , 210, 150 sedans , Nomads and Trucks, Research, Free Tech Advice
I have subscribed to all of the aforementioned magazines, and yes, it is published weekly. Compared with the two magazines mentioned, in my opinion, there is much more reading in those two magazines and it is obviously a higher quality printing. This is comparing the cost, 4 issues a month of Old Cars Weekly to 2 issues (1 each of 2) a month of Hemmings Classic Car and Hemmings Muscle Car. I was just stating what I perceive as the better deal for me, not the costs to produce.
I just got a mailing that offered it to me at the upper $20 range. Still too high for me. I can get Hemmings Classic Car and Hemmings Muscle Car for $12.00 a year each.
