I just noted the founder/owner being a crook and lying thief.I can only imagine how much money he’s managed to scam off people who, like me, eventually just gave up wasting their time.
That's why we have a small claims court system. Use it.

Wow; quite a collection for the middle of nowhere
Remember that the "middle of nowhere" is someones center of the world.

I saw a New Years eve Frank Zappa, Mothers of invention concert. Quite wild! his music is intellectual and not always understood of course.

Don't know the route question but did drive X-country back in the early 70's on 66. It was a great trip!

It is good to ask, but I was saying Don't until you are sure. Do you have any shop manuals that cover your car?

Don't turn nuts and bolts on your steering gear unless you are certain what they are for.

At only a few hundred miles it will tend to run much warmer than after it gets broken in. you might advance the timing a bit more as the gas nowadays is much better. Did the radiator get backflushed recently enough to know its condition?

You need a Tesla and a DVD player!

I once washed my folks '48 Chevrolet with dull paint with BonAmi and it really helped it shine. I also hand polished a fender on one of my cars with the dusting of Mount St Helens volcanic ash just to see as an experiment. It cut fast and left a piano gloss finish. I should have done the whole car!

Did they supply the bushings? Or did they have the bushing dimensions? Did they send a tube of JB-Weld?

This is a project car The interior material has been removed. the body and fender metal is straight one hood side needs repair. The drivers door needs woodwork but the original has been removed for patterns. There are no curved pieces. A few top wood pieces will need replacing as well as the top material. If this information hasn't scared you off it can be seen in the Creswell area. If you want it I will find a 6 volt battery and get it running. I have cleaned the crankcase and replaced fresh oil, & greased the chassis before storing it. I don't think there are any missing parts. Some new parts included!
Price reduced to $3,500

Open to offers on any of these cars, or the lot.

If you drive slow enough to enjoy the scenery and roadside attractions, it surely should be worth it.

Thanks. I checked my parts book and it appears that 1930 Dictator wheel bearings are unique to that year.
Look in a bearing catalog for the correct bearing or one that would work in your application.

Have you tried a NAPA store?

I have an old watercolor painting of the Venice California area with a similar oilwell look.

Before and after may not have been the same car, there were many junkyards in that area.

A light spray of primer solves any problems.

He said it had brakes, why run the stop sign? It does sound like a T. Add some Marvel Mystry Oil to the gas. It frees up sticking valves and rings.

It is something I have done. It may be aggravating and time consuming, but it is also satisfying and a help to all of us to make scamers not get away with their activities. It never is a waste of time.
