Sell it like it is, remember the law of diminishing returns. It is a common enough car to come up with a value for. Check Hagerty.

I also did not know Lemoine was an actual company, always learning. The guy that had this also had an early Peugeot, but its axle did not look like this.

Kwik Way line bore is what is on the wall board. There should be a long boring bar with it. Other tools are rod straightener and cap grinder.

It looks very similar only taller to the cast aluminum one used on early Peerless. -
Looks like early Rambler, I made some of those years ago, steel was 8620 and them hardened to about 45-50 Rockwell. Too bad I did not make extras.

There is a serial number stamped on the center section of the rear axle that will tell you the year, I think it might be on the bolt boss.

Yes, I think 1909. The front running board support changed in 1910. -

I think the hoods are brass and they were painted. A couple of people that have restored them have polished them instead of painting them. Sort of like the guys that insist on natural wood wheels when they were painted. -
