Other than a gear replacing the timing chain, what is the differencee between an automotive Chrysler straight six flat head and an industrial of the same displacement? Valve Size? Engine Weight? Thanks

I am looking for a 265 Chrysler straight six, flathead engine to put in a Friday tractor. Anyone know where I can find the automotive, industrial or marine version near southern Illinois? Thanks, mscherer@uiuc.edu
