I'm posting this to find out some information about a wooden trunk that I found in the attic of my dads barn/garage. About 20 years ago, when we cleaned out my grandfather's garage attic there was this trunk. My dad explained to me that his dad once told him that it was the trunk from a Whippet automobile that he once owned. Now we are cleaning my dad's garage attic and we came across the same trunk again. Rather than put it in the dumpster, I talked him in to keeping it and allowing me to investigate to see if it has any value and if it does then find a place to sell it. I appreciate any input anyone has. I have also attached a photo of the trunk. I have additional photos if any cares to take a closer look. Thanks, John
