Thanks for that important technical help, have printed the necessary DMV form and just need to get it all verified. Good to know what year this car is. Thanks Paul, I have the required forms filled out for the VIN to be verified by my local police but wasn't sure about the year, will be working on getting that completed next. Greetings All, I have a car that has been stored in our side yard for the past 15 years that was supposed to be picked up by a family member within the first 6 months after it was parked. Needless to say, it's still here. The time has come to make a decision about it. Do I keep it or do I sell it. My dilema is, I don't know what year or model it is. All I know is that it might be a 1928, possibly a Victory 6. I've attached a picture and would truly appreciate any input. I've located the VIN and it's M40270. Thanks again, Pat Moore Newark,CA.

Greetings, I have a Dodge Brothers vehicle that I am trying to confirm the manufactured year. I have located the VIN and it's M40270. I was told by the family member who left this vehicle in our side yard ( a long long time ago) that it's a 1928. Not sure though and I cannot reach this person to confirm. I have a 1928 Dodge Packard that has sat in my sideyard for over 15 years. It has pretty much been abandoned by a family member. My question is, where would I look ( on the vehicle) for the VIN? I need to begin the proper department of motor vehicle paperwork to obtain the pink slip so I can sell this car. If anyone out there can tell me I would truly appreciate it. Thank you.
