Nothing is left but the land and condos. The Panini Maserati museum is a ways from the old factory site. Your in for a treat with the cheese. It's the only Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese allowed into the Vatican kitchens. 200 years of the family buisness will do that. If your a "foodie"-wait till you make an alfredo sauce with this cheese!

Good luck on the factory the TC's were built in. Most of the old factory sight was bulldozed 4 years ago. On one corner is new condos. None that I talked to even knew auto's were ever built there.
When Fiat purchased what was left of Maserati-they wanted NOTHING to do with the museum and the cars it contained. They had set up an auction to sell off the collection when the Panini family stepped up and purchased the whole collection. I've included a link to the museum. If you go-in the main display area-on the right side-the last car in line is a red 1989 Chrysler/Maserati 16 valve 5 speed TC.
If you-like myself-apperciate the Panini family saving the Maserati history-tell them so by purchasing some of their cheese. Yes I know it's costly-but it's worth every penny.

Sue- I enclosed a link to FWD in Dallas that stocks all the parts for the TC distributors and most parts you may need. If the car has the origianal fuel pump-that means it's 20 years old. Change it now or you will be stranded sometime soon. Cindy at FWD has those also. I live over by Disney and have 3 TC's-if need any help-just give me a call. Tim Cowan

Try your local NAPA store or NAPAonline. I just purchased 2 sets from them last month. Part #NMD958271. $59.79 each with a $56 core each.

I'll take both cornering lights for more than your asking if you still have them.
Thank-Tim

The manufactuer tag inside the drivers door sure says "manufactured by Daimler". And when service is needed I HAVE to go to Mercedes Benz of Tampa--and pay their prices.

My lovely wife and I just updated our web site with pictures and links of the 20th anniversary TC event in Auburn Hills Michigan last month. Sorry it has taken so long to update. All of the photos are posted on flicker for your use. All TC owners who attended should have recieved a cd with the pictures and a DVD slideshow in the mail this week. If you were there and did not get pictures-drop me a note please.
Thanks--Tim & Donna Cowan

Here are a few pics from Detroit. After almost a month I just got back to Florida yesterday. My car is still in Alabama waiting on a part. It's a LONG story that I'll post on my web site when I'm mentaly more stable and story is finally over. I will try to post all my 300 or so pictures on my site later this week. I will send a cd with all pictures to all that attended when I can. Thanks for your patience. Tim

I'm in the same boat. I'm waiting on a new billet fuel rail and injectors before I can start for Michigan. My origional fuel rail decided 20 years was time to rust through on the bottom. I would like to NOT have a winnie roast on the way. Hope to see you there with or without your car.

I wonder how many he claims to have. I hope he is not printing them in the back and selling them. BTW-I know the artist and know how many were made/reproduced. I sent this "art site" to him to verify. I am lucky enough to have a signed original in my gallery---er I mean living room.

Go to the web site-- www.pentrident.com . All the info is there including the signup form you can print out and return. This has been planed over 8 months ago and we have very little contact from Michigan TC owners. I would love to do the Dream Cruise but one trip to Michigan a year is all I can afford. Maybe next year.

Right now we have between 20-25 T/C's and owners coming to Auburn Hills for the 20th celebration at the Chrysler Museum. The dates are May 15th thru 17th. Full info is at www.pentrident.com .

Sorry-I'm going to Detroit to celebrate the 20th anniverary of the TC with the Chrysler Corp. at the Auburn Hills museum. On May 20th I will be at the Indianapols Motor Speedway as it is Community Day at the track. I have made plans with the speedway to take a SLOW lap with our TC's and a session with Mr. Penske through my smart car connections.

That was part of the first run of cars. The wood and wood-look parts were not ready.
-
The fake woodgrain was to be in ALL TC's. It was not an option. The pieces simply were not ready. So for the first 1.5-2 months of build-black pieces were used. The radio surround was black leather covered. Some like this look better.
The shift knob on ALL automatic TC's sold were made-by hand-one at a time-by a little pipe maker outside of Milan. His pipes sold for hundreds to thousands of dollars. I'm lucky enough to own 2 of his pipes. He passed away in 1999. RIP

If you like following the rollercoaster that is the U.S. auto industry today--I think this is one of the best sites I know of. News is fresh everyday--and in 5 to 10 min you get all the latest news every day straight from Detroit.

BTW-If you need a great-25 year aged balsamic vinegar to go with that cheese-here is a GREAT one imported by the head of the Ferrari Club of America. He started his love of Italian cars as the head of the Maserati Club of America. I order this by the case. Try it on your favorite pizza or simply on grilled chicken. In Italy they even have it on vanilla ice cream. I tried that-not as bad as one would think.
