    FS 1931 Model A Ford A400

I am selling my 1931 Model A Convertible Sedan ( A400 ). It is an unrestored car that has been in storage since 1962. I bought it years ago and planned to restore it as a retirement project but now I find that I no longer have the time or inclination. So its time to find a new home for it. The engine was rebuilt by Ford Motor Company years ago. It turns over and can be made to run with little effort. The car is original but had a heater and sealed beam headlights installed prior to 1962. It was also brush painted sometime prior to 1962. It is a good solid car and would be an easy restoration or can be used as a "Barn Find" just the way it is. This model is one of the rarest Model A Fords and you seldom get the opportunity to buy an unrestored example. I am asking $32,000 for this car. It will be a long time before you get the chance to buy one like this again. The car is located in South Carolina. If you are interested please email me at pai01@aol.com for my telephone number or to answer any questions you might have. Thanks .......... Paul

    WTB Starter motor

Bud, Thanks for all the research. Hopefully it will come in handy while I search for a replacement starter. The problem I am having is that it is difficult to find anyone with a Continental engine or parts that aren't presently in their cars. Its particularly hard to believe since these were such great engines and they were used in so many makes of automobiles. You would think that there would be plenty of parts available. Paul

  14. My 1948 Chrysler Town and Country Convertible is outstanding. The wood is all original to this car and it is near perfect. The car was a good original and has been restored to a high quality level. Knowledgeable T&C owners who have seen my car tell me that it is one of the best they have ever seen. The chrome is spectacular. Everything works including the radio and the clock. The car drives at highway speeds like it did when it was new. The color is Sea Mist green and it has the "Highland Plaid" interior. I have driven it at highway speeds each year around town and on short trips and it always preforms flawlessly. It is a pleasure to drive. If you are an interested buyer for my 1948 Town and Country Convertible please email me at pai01@aol.com for more information and the price. I am not a dealer. The car is located in Duncan, South Carolina.

    FS 1936 Ford Station Wagon

My 1936 Ford Station Wagon is an early model having side curtains on the sides and rear windows. The wood is all original to the car. I am the third owner. The second owner bought the car for the original owner’s family in the 1950s. It has all three seats and the overall condition of the interior and exterior is original and excellent. It was gradually restored over a period of about 40 years to the condition it is in today. The original 1936 engine was removed and replaced with a later model 59AB Ford flathead. I have a 1936 Ford flathead engine that needs to be overhauled but will go with the car. The electrical system was changed to a 12 volt system and the brakes were changed to a 1948 Ford hydraulic system. The car looks completely original but it is now road worthy. I have driven it at highway speeds around town each year and on short trips. It runs and drives great. If you are an interested buyer for my 1936 Ford Station Wagon please email me at pai01@aol.com for more information and price. I am not a dealer. The car is located in Duncan, South Carolina.
