  1. Just as everyone else said it was a great show. I got to drive my 23 T through some mud and soft grass and had a blast. I dont mind the cleanup since I had so much fun. I also had my 67 Camaro in 27G going for a senior. From in front of the scenes it looked to be very well planned out and smooth run show. Top notch shows like this are why I am proud to be a member of the AACA.

  2. I have a 23 T fordor that needs a complete interior in her. I see that there are several companys that sell the kits but I was wondering if anybody has any comments on what company to go with and what ones to stay away from. The car is NOT going to be a show car but I do want it to look nice.

  3. For sale are two Cadillac Eldorado convertables. The 72 runs, body isnt bad and the interior is half done, new tires, top is decent. The 71 hasnt run in a few years, top is decent, body is rusty, interior is very nice. Located near Scranton Pa. $2,500 for the pair. Contact Stanley Sipko Sr at 570-654-0891

  4. For sale as a pair are a 71 & 72 Eldo Convertibles. The 72 runs decent (has been sitting for a while) the seats are 3/4 one by the previous owner, new tires, top works, body is in good shape. The 71 has a great interior but has some rust issues. It has sat for a few years and I haven't had a chance to get it started yet. Located near Scranton Pa. $4,000 for both. Information call Stanley Sipko Sr at 570-654-0891

  6. I was informed that the Ford Crown Vic will be gone by 2010, actually the already cut off the public model and are only selling fleet Crown Vics. Our department used to only buy Chevys then the Caprice RWD was gone so we went to the Ford. Now that they are going Dodge will end up as the only RWD fleet car unless somebody comes up with something quick!

  7. I do choose to have most of my cars judged but, NOTHING is better when you are somewhere and someone walkes up to you and gives you positive comment on your car. Everybody works hard at their hobby no matter what it is and it is nice to be commended for the work you do. Happy New Year!

  8. I disagree with the whole article actually. The part about the motorcycle tire blowing out causing an accident really gets me! Accidents happen every day and I have investigated accidents where vehicles with new tires have failed due to someone running something over, low inflation, and also worn out tires. I really dont think that the reporter checked to see if the tire was old or new. I can say one thing for sure though. I make sure that my antique registered vehicles are just as safe as my everyday vehicles. I can also say that everyone that I know is the same way because it cost less to maintain the car properly then to repair it if it's damaged due to something that could have been replaced.

  9. Usually I just keep them under lock and key. Now my father is proud of the cars so he is always bringing people around to see them but I don't think I'll ever be able to stop him from doing that. As far as going anyplace I usually just keep an eye on it and avoid certain places like stores or anyplace that it would be out of sight. I can tell you one thing though from job experience, people are bold! I would not put anything past anybody, most people know the difference between right and wrong and would not do anything but there are also the ones that dont give a s$$t.

  11. I am hoping to take my Camaro to the national meet in MD in a few months and I am in hunt for 5 F70-15 wide ovals. I have looked at most of the companys and basically they all want the close to the same price. Has anyone out there dealt with a company that is willing to deal a little? If so please let me know because times are tough and im scraping for the money for the tires. Thanks
