  1. Hi All, We had a great time at the meet. Many thanks to all who organized it. Thanks also to Roger who loaned me his rear hub puller. It worked perfectly with a little (lot) of heat. For anyone interested, I stopped in Paradise, Ca on the way home and picked up all the remaining parts from the 24/25 that he was selling. He is building a "rat? Rod" from the frame and body pieces. I'll be selling most of the parts at what I paid plus handling. If anyone needs running gear parts for a 24/25 sedan let me know. Engine is Pikes Peak 6, (siezed with no head) transmission, rear end and front wheels with brake assemblie. regards, Terry and Bonnie Chandler Yuma, AZ 1928 Chandler 31 in Frame off condition
  2. Hi all, I'm restoring a 1928 chandler sedan. I have the down to the "Frame off" and now trying to remove the wheels from the rear end so I can restore the spokes and the brakes. I've removed the hub caps and the wheel nut. But the wheel refuses to come off. I've used a large wheel puller, etc . I've tried some heat but not excessive. It appears the half moon key is jammed. Does anyone have any experience or advice? Also, still looking for help in removing the steering wheel. Parts needed. 1. Drivers side rear lower brake band. 2. Oiler junction assemblies front and rear. 3. Rear door interior handle Thanks for your help regards Terry Yuma, AZ
  3. Both of mine (front and rear) have broken fittings but the entire assembly including values and springs are there. It appears it is a junction box with check values to keep oil from flowing back up into the pump. Any idea who can make a reproduction? I've been thinking about using brass 4 ways and independent check values If I can find them Thanks
