Thank-you Roberta! It is a clean solid car and I hate to part with her. We "bonded" as I drove her through blizzard-like conditions in New Mexico, and almost ran out of gas! Need to sell my 1968 Special Deluxe 6 psgr station wagon. Original "black-plate" California car. Car was located in desert region of Socal. I drove her home 2000+ miles last February. Car is all original except one repaint. Interior needs some detailing and reconditioning to be show worthy. Non-roof rack wagon! Original 350-4 runs strong and provided 17mpg driving home. Original powerglide transmission. Rare options include power tailgate window and A/C (which needs recharge.) Car is clean! Only spot of rust is on tailgate due to rear bumper push into sheetmetal. Sadly I must sell my Riviera; This Riv would make an ideal resto project since 99% rust free and original. Fender bottoms do show signs of rust (they collect leaves and debris as we know.) Car is white with full black vinyl top and pearl bucket interior. Original elderly owner "sprayed touch-up" on scratches, scuffs. Car is all original, needs resto. Interior good, drivers seat has tears. Engine runs very well and always starts right up. Odo shows 130k. Tranny rebuilt in Sept. by Buick mechanic. Chrome Buick road wheels, new w/w on front. I am relunctantly selling our '01 Ultra ; car has Supercharged V6, all power options, Stabiltrak, Onstar, heated seats & mirrors, rain-sensing wipers. Beautiful White Diamond with Slate leather. Very comfortable road car, sporty handling but not too stiff, good mpg 17city/24hwy. This is a safe car with front and side airbags, antilock brakes (plus reassurance of Stabiltrak, Onstar).
