A fuse, I can check. How easy is it to check the switch, and what would I look for anyway?

1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati. Just before I took the hardtop off, I lowered all four windows. After putting up the soft top, the rear windows didn't close. No clicking or humming sounds at all. [The rear (quarter) windows always take longer to close, and one side was slightly better (passenger) than the other, but they do fully close.] I wouldn't think it to be a motor problem, though I am not that knowledgeable on the subject. They opened as fast as always. Thank you in advance for any suggestions. Rick

No clicking or humming. In the past, it would just eventually give up fighting and decide to go up. I try repeated short pushes and longer pushes on the button. Tonight, it didn't budge so I moved it indoors.

...are tempermental and easier to open than they are to close. The driver side being more difficult and now---as of this writing---not closing at all, though it will continue to open if I wish. Is there a trick to this? As I'm looking to sell, I'm not really thrilled to buy any more parts. Help, please. Rick 800-842-5769

I don't know if I am in need of a new motor or not. The driver side quarter window is difficult to close----easy to open---but difficult to close. The passenger side opened, then was tempermental about closing but eventually did close. Is there a trick?

1989 TC for sale. 98,000 miles. Pittsburgh, PA. Very good condition. Burgundy exterior and interior. Leather and soft top replaced in 2000 (rear glass replaced with plastic window on soft top). 2.2L turbo automatic. Service manual included. $5000 asking price.
