Try saving the pdf to a jpeg and then reducing the size.

The factory photos posted by Kaiser appear that the headlight bar is painted. All of the headlight bars I have seen are chrome?

Here is another number for your regulator (see attached)

The 6 and 8 cylinders use the same generators. I have the same data as above post.

You can find aftermarket ones. Look for ES57 R (Right) (MOPAR 951298) and ES57 L (Left) (MOPAR 951297). 35-38 Plymouth and Dodge will fit. Only 35 Desoto and Chrysler will fit. Must be female threads. Should be able to find them on ebay or check with some part suppliers.

The number is probably T306 which makes it a 51 Dodge truck used in 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks. Engine is 221 w/o fluid drive and 233 w/fluid drive.

Contact these people: Leader in Car Wire Wheel Restoration
I have not used them; restored mine myself.
Your wheels are similar to my 1930 Chrysler Model 70 (picture attached). I think in 1929 the model 65 and model 75 wheels were different. I was wondering in the post before mine did the person have a model 75?

Take out the lights. You may still have the linkage inside. The lens and reflector are made by riteway. Then there is an outside ring that holds the lens in with V-clips. 38 Plymouth parts will not work.

My book only goes to 1940 and the highest number is 877465. Your radiator is probably in the late 40's

If you are getting that much pressure in the crankcase, could be a cracked piston. Do a compression check. If one is low that could be the problem.
