  1. I have a Thompson Products book. 1932-36; K30, K32, K33, K34 same. Bolt # 311, upper bushing # 2101, lower bushing # 2824. If you cannot find the bolt, a machinist should be able to make the bolt. The OD of the bushings may be standard. In that case press those in and ream to fit bolt. I had to do this on a 1912 car.

  13. The reason I stated the vacuum tank was I had the problem of the float valve not seating correctly and after a while the gas got to the top and was pulled straight into the intake manifold. It ran but smoked a lot. However, since your tank was restored that cannot be the problem.
  14. Are your using the vacuum tank? If so, that could be the problem.
  15. I had a switch under the dash on my dodge and it powered an electric fuel pump.
  16. Definitely incorrect carb for that car. Most of those old carbs only need a cleaning. Take apart and most of the time you can save the old gaskets. If not, they are not hard to make. The only item that will be unknown is the float setting, so I would leave set as is. If it has a cork float, the new gas will eat it up. You have to coat it with epoxy. Shellac will not work.
  17. The numbers are there. If there is any wax on it that lightened the numbers and emblem you will not see them. Remove any wax and wet with a little water and the numbers should be visible. See below:

  22. Look very closely at the small emblem. There should be 2 numbers vertically.
  23. I don't know where that chart came from you refered to. If you look at page 4 of that same article you posted it states the body styles for model 65. No royal coupe is listed. Only business coupe and rumble seat coupe.
