I have a 1942 Chev 1-1/2 ton truck with a reverse lock out that looks like that. Don't no if all sizes of trucks had a lock out or not. It is some place to start. Hope this helps!!!! Marv.

Did you have that problem before you replaced the original carb, my guess would be as you stated not enough vacuum, bad rings. Only a guess, good luck!!! Marv.

Here are pictures of what I have to sell. both have been painted over chrome with some very small dents in each. From what I can tell the chrom has not peeled off under the paint they my just need the paint removed to be good drivers. They are 10" on the outside and 8" on the inside.
