Hi, Does anyone know the correct size for the valve assembly snap rings, the part # is 1316763 but I cant find any. The snap rings on the unit are coming off over time so I think they must be the wrong size. Thanks, Bill.

I am thinking of changing to a Powerflight transmission. I have the extended block V-8 engine, will a Powerflight transmission from a late 54 non-extended block bolt up to my block by just taking off the the bellhousing of the Powerflight trans. Thanks, Bill.

Hi John, I needed the same clips for my 53 Chrysler. Fasteners Plus has them on E-Bay, they have them listed under 50-54 Plymouth moulding clips but I looked in the Yellow Pages and found a local supplier. They are 5/8" by 2 and 3/16" which you can cut and bend to fit. Order extra because you will probably ruin some due to trial and error. They also worked for the rear window. Regards, Bill.

My 53 Chrysler V-8 cuts out on left hand turns. Carter sent a sent out bulletin # 497 in 1956 regarding a tapered bushing, part # 145-142 to be installed in the choke vacuum passage. Does anyone know where these are available?

The drip rails on my 53 Chrysler have a stainless steel cover. Does anyone know the secret to get the side pieces back on. After I took them off the back where they curve down lost some of the curve. Now they will not go back on without wrinkling at the curve. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill.

Can anyone help me. I am doing the upholstery and need help with Windshield pillar. How high does the windlace go, the windlace that goes between the dashboard, does it go up to the top and meet the upholtered panel that runs along the top of the side windows? How far does the headliner go down on the windshield pillar? If anyone could post a picture of the inside pillar it would be much appreciated. Regards, Bill.

Has anyone found any window channel for the rear of the front window on hardtops, or has anyone found a replacement? These are the narrow channels that the chrome part of the window rides in. If not, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Bill.

I am looking for a color name and code for a 53 Chrysler New Yorker. It is red on bottom and cream on top. I can't find it on the color charts but have seen ads with this color. There is one on e-bay now. I don't think it is torch red. Does any one have any ideas or information. Thanks, Bill.
