Both bushing and bell crank are in good condition....Motor is DOA

I need a driver side headlight motor for my 89 Reatta. I have checked the bushing and they are fine. I had bought some new ones just incase that was the problem. I believe the part # is I6507163LH

Ok here is what is going on...Every time I press my brake pedal my dash say halgon lights are on when they are not. Has anyone seen this before? I own 2 Reatta 88 & 89 Coupe ...and looking for a 90 & 91.....My wife is going to kill me too!
