  8. I'm interested in buying some engine spares for my '23 Seagrave firetruck with the F6 six cylinder. What have you? Anyone got a carb? Updraft, any make, 2 inch bore, 3.5 inches between the bolts. Does anyone have the history on this engine? Something tells me that Seagrave didn't design it and it came from another manufacturer. Jerry Singer Cleveland GA

  10. Someone help me, please. How do I go about getting a space at fall Hershey? Everyone says you have to wait for someone to die. Surely there's a better way. Jerry

    REO guys

Hey Reo guys, we need to liven up this forum. Here's a picture of my speedster and the little one I made for my son. Any comments? http://s284.photobucket.com/albums/ll33/yonahrr/ Jerry You might have to copy and paste this address in the address bar.
  16. Caf, I've been to that site a million times. How come I've never see that link? Thanks. It's a great resource. Jerry
  17. Thanks Jim, Over all the years of gazettes it hard to believe they never had a REO article. Oh well, lots of makes out there. Thanks again Jerry
  18. Does anyone know if there was an article about REO in the HCCA magazine? What issue? Jerry Cleveland GA
  19. Hi All, Here's a list of REO parts for 1912-1915 REO the fifth I need to complete some restorations I'm working on. Can anyone help? This could earn you some gas money. Front hub Wood wheels Differential (or at least a left rear axle 1914) M6 engine (this fits 1916-1918) What else ya got? I might be interested. REO front hub

Does anyone have a front hub or complete wheel for a 1911-1915 REO the fifth? Jerry
  21. The chassis is in Cleveland GA 80 miles north of Atlanta. I can email pictures. Delivery may be possible. I have a buddy who delivers machinery up and down the East coast. Jerry
  22. I had one timing gear (crank) made for my 1914 4 cylinder by Stine Gear in SC. It cost half what the usual gear guys wanted. The gear was excellent. He said it was a very old profile on the gear and that it was seldom used. If you make a whole new set you can update the gears to a modern profile and save money. If the '26 Model G has an inline 6 with a valve cover that's basically a dust cover then I have a junker 6 cyl motor in a junker chassis if you're interested. I sell the complete chassis for a what I have in it--$300.00 Jerry

    1917 Engine

Does anyone know where I can get a 1917 six cylinder engine. I'm not sure of the exact year but it's the engine with three sets of double cylinders. The engine that's based on the early 4 cylinder model. Jerry

    1912-15 REO

I bought the book from a guy and I can't remember his name. I think it's available from the REO club although I'm not a member. I filled out an app but never sent it in. I'm doing it tomorrow. The book is oversize and bound with plastic. I quess Kinkos could copy it. I have no idea what it would cost though and the nearest Kinkos to me is about 30 miles. Next time I'm near I'll take it in. Do you have a 1912? What condition is it in? I just finished bringing a 1914 back from the dead. Here's some pictures. http://s284.photobucket.com/albums/ll33/yonahrr/
