This MIGHT be an Oakland. The Oakland was the predecessor of the Pontiac. The first Oakland was built in 1906, the first Pontiac in 1926. -
This can not be a Pontiac. The first Pontiac was built in 1926.

This car looks to be about a 1924 model. It is not new as the fenders are bent. It is large as it holds 7 passengers and it has a large engine as the hood is long. So the picture was probably taken in the late 1920s. -
I believe it is a Studebaker, about 1925. -

The 1948 Ford was a F1. The first F100 was 1953. I was selling new Fords back then. -

Mr. Pullman that built this car is the same man that built the Pullman railroad cars. -
