I have bought a NOS shock 2105D (Left side) for 1953. At least it looks like a NOS shock. But it has a straight arm, not similar to the one I took off the car, which has a bend. I have asked about this earlier: Do Buick use different arms on different models? I found some information in the parts catalog "omit when high springs for export are specified", but I don't have a part number for the shock. Just the 2105D on the lid. I thought other part numbers was due to different/heavy duty valves inside, for models 59-79 wagons. Appreciate information about this mystery. Tom P
