6. You guys floor me!!!!!!!!!! so fast! I thought it might be an european machine due to the hub heavy hub area of the wood spoke wheel. Do you think the truss under the frame was "factory" or was that added after bouncing about Iowa for a few years. By the aged look of the car when the photo was taken, maybe it still survives or probably melted up in a scrap drive.. 9. I got these pumps from my Gr. Uncle when he went out of his Shop back in the mid 70's. Thru the years they sold Fords then Chevrolets, Buicks and finished with Chryslers. When I got these pumps, the remains of the boxes still existed but they are gone now after 30+ years. Please, anyone know what is what? I have 3 styles, the longer version seem to have a pn of 855261-4 855261-3 and 8555261 the two more compact styles are numbers 1523089 I also have another AC pump, no picture, that has a tag that says 548 I appreciate the effort and Thanking in advance,,,Brad

12. Hi all, Anyone know the whereabouts to Kid Galahad"s (Elvis Presley) Model T in the movie of the same name. In the movie Lew Nyhack (Charles Bronson) refers to the color of the T as the same as a bloody nose! Looks like a cherry Dairy-Queen Dillybar color to me. :-)
13. Hi fellas, Your looking at a truck that doesn't exist or so it seems. It is a Empire or Cruban, with a 3 cylinder engine direct connected to the rear axle. The truck isn't something someone put together as it has numerous castings that surely wouldn't be make for a one off. Before you go off, look at my pictures real close off the truck body. There is a faint emblem on one side and the back of the cab has what I see a Stea Co I'm thinking Empire Steam Car Co. here is a link to the site look for Cruban chassis. Steam Gazette Discussion Forum - Steam Cars :: 1 Steam Cars :: Cruban Steam Chassis Help me keep Mike interested in his truck!

19. Found a nice little book called Motorin' Along by the Reminisce magazine people. The last story in the book is from a man who was running a gas station in California in 1947. One day a 1902 Sears Roebuck pulled in and the driver a J.J. Ruth was driving across America from York Pennsylvania to celibrate the end of gas rationing. Anyone know anything about this fella? Wonder what happened to the buggy or did he drive it back to York?
