  4. I'm seeking a correct, vintage radio for my 1931 Lincoln K (V-8). Lincons did not have built-in radios until 1934, so any aftermarket would be ok. I would prefer a Philco Transitone, with a tuner that mounts on the steering column (the tuner is shaped like a cathedral radio). Must be complete. Thanks.

  9. I am seeking a Philco radio for my 1931 Lincoln. The unit I'm seeking has a tuner shaped like a cathedral radio that mounts on the steering column. The radio mounts on the car's firewall. Do you have something like this? Perhaps another make would work, but I don't want a cheap radio.

Appears to be an older, quality reprint. Also included is a Lincoln-Mercury Service Bulletin Vol. 1, No. 1, which deals with overdrive trouble-shooting.

  16. I'm seeeking a set of foot rests, as used on the rear passenger floor of my 1931 Lincoln Town Sedan. These are individual foot rests. They are wedge-shaped, upholstered and have a rubber "tread" bottom. Need excellent originals or useable examples.
  17. I'm seeking information/photos on Albert M. Barnes, who represented Dillon, Read & Company in 1925 when that NYC investment firm acquired Dodge Brothers Company. Barnes was in Detroit accepting title to the company while Clarence Dillon was in NYC writing that famous check for $146 million to the Dodge lawyers. I've had no luck at Dillon, Read & Co. Thanks!

  24. I'm seeking information or photos on Schildkraut Ford-Lincoln of Queens, NY, which was the Lincoln dealer in the 1920's and 1930's. My 1931 Lincoln was sold new by that dealership. Any assistance will be appreciated. (I've been advised that the dealership became a GM dealership after WW II.)
