  1. There was or is a used car dealer just out of Berryville that had several Reattas in various conditions. Do not remember the route number but it is between Berryville and Winchester not far from Double Toll Gate.
  2. I must sell a couple of Reattas. I have four extremely nice Reattas and I must part with one or two to make space for a car that I sold and have an opportunity to buy back, with no place to put it. I am not filling out the form, but can tell you that each one of the four is a Gold Senior winner at the Buick Nationals. Most of you know that is a car that scores 390 or more points out of a possible 400. Below is a list of the cars and a price.. I believe that I have priced each car fairly reflecting the condition and mileage. The cars are located in Columbia, SC All of the cars have 16 way seats, a WORKING cd player and complete owner's portfolio 1991 Red/Tan convertible with Tan Hartz cloth top, 36,500 miles $17,000 OBO 1991 Red/Tan coupe, 65,000 miles $8,000 OBO 1990 Select 60 complete with folder and letter to the dealer, 61,500 miles $16,000 OBO 1990 Black/Burgundy with burgundy cloth top, 97,000 miles $10,500 OBO (Shown with Cadillac wheels which are not on car, but available) I am attaching one picture of each car, but if you are seriously interested, I have many more pictures that I can email. I prefer contact by email at eafarnell@gmail.com or phone 803-360-6806. Looks like is messed up the pictures and cannot figure out how to correct.
  3. I have a dealer showroom window ad that has never been used. It come with the original mailing tube. Pretty unusual, I have never seen one like it. $175 OBO If interested, I prefer you email me at eafarnell@gmail.com or call 803-360-6806

  5. FOR SALE: 1991 Reatta convertible. red/tan with tan Hartz cloth top. CD and 16 way seats. A little over 32K miles and in excellent condition. 394 point gold senior at BCA National meet. $18,700 Call Ed 803-360-6806 or email eafarnell@gmail.com.
  6. Cal Since Jim won't be there to buy you the beer, I will but you have to come. If I mail them to BC they will get hot. Ed
  7. Jim's ad says $65 each plus $7 shipping. Very reasonable price for a high quality part.
  8. I have a NOS set of AC Delco premium gas struts that fit 1986 - 1993 Buick Riviera listed on ebay. I have them on Ebay for $150. If anyone here is interested you may have them for $110 plus shipping or they can be picked up in South Carolina. I understand these are no longer available. The set includes the struts, the lines and the insulators. If interested send me a message or call me at 803-360-6806. Thanks Ed
  9. For the record, I believe that there were 65 Select 60's produced. 91 style wheels painted white, pinstripe delete, cd and 16 way seats and 91 style console lid with cup holder. Car was shipped with a regular hood ornament and the dealer received a Select 60 hood ornament which was a shade smaller in diameter. Many dealers did not install the hood ornament. The car also came with a promotional folder with a letter to the dealership.
  10. The Reatta Division of the BCA currently has 17 members from MN.
  11. I have a very nice passenger side grey door panel for an 88 or 89 Reatta that I would like to sell. I am asking $50. The item can be picked up in Blythewood, SC or I will ship for actual cost by the carrier of your choice.
  12. I have never had a problem using a small screwdriver. I take a small rag and put against the wheel and then pry gently on the center cap. Pull up just a little and use your finger to do the rest. If you are going in for balance, rotate, or new tires, take them off and put them back on yourself.
  13. Amen, Ron and Ronnie. This is the very reason I don't post much here. It is good you did not have more information. It would have given some folks just that much more to pick at and complain about. In this case there was contact information and anyone who was interested in the car had only to call or email for answers to their questions. Others that are not potential buyers would be better served by just reading and then "zipping it".
  14. Does anyone know a source for a set of burgundy steering wheel controls for a 1993 Olds 98 Regency? Lights are out on mine and the Temp button is pretty loose.
  15. Most likely the headlight actuator relay module which is located on the driver wheel well under the fuse box. I have one listed on eBay if you need one.
  16. I think Marck Barker has them also.
  17. Done it many time and many miles. No problem. Just be sure when you stop somewhere you can negotiate without having to back up. Stopped at a motel late one night and ask the clerk if I could drive "all the way around the back" She said yes and I found out the next morning that you could not. Had to unload the car and turn the dolly around. Wasted at least 30 minutes.
  18. Ok, Now you all have me confused. I am kind of a simple guy, buy Jim has convinced me that is is worth at least $200 so it is going to the shed as soon as I can get it into the boat for the trip to the front field.
  19. Interesting and good looking. Regular 90 wheels, white body side molding and looks like pinstripe delete. Hard to tell exact color of interior, but it does look like flame red. Would be curious if it was a regular 90 convertible late in production that could be ordered with white/red interior? Or maybe a select 60 that was repainted and that someone did a wheel swap. If they had made Select 60's with coordinating white body side molding and bumper rub strips they would have been perfect in my mind.
  20. The rub strip, steering wheel, trunk struts and driver side side marker lamp have been sold.
  21. Last call. I will take it to the landfill after the first of the year.
  22. Still have a load of 91 NOS parts if anyone has any needs.
  23. Before anyone jumps my bones about this being in the wrong section, I have a decent windshield that is not for sale. It is however free to anyone who really needs a windshield and can pick it up in South Carolina. I had it removed from a pars car by a glass company because I did not want to damage it. They however scratched it low on the passenger side with their tool and damaged the molding. I believe the molding could be glued carefully and would be ok and the scratches, while noticeable, would surely be ok for a daily driver. Bottom line is that it is too good to throw away and not good enough to sell although I paid $125 to have it pulled. If anyone is interested, I would love to get it out of my garage. Ed
  24. AMEN! and nice to hear from you.
  25. If GM had made cars with big engines and little engine compartments like several of my British cars, they would have to have thought about moving the battery years ago. That said at least you don't have to tear the car apart to get to the battery.
