1. If you do deside to list them for sale on the Forum please let us know what state they are in. Shipping costs can have a big effect on desiding to buy large parts like these.
2. The radiator shell on the radiator is a 1930 Ford. The radiator, hood and rear fenders are also Model A Ford and will interchange with 1930 and 1931 .
3. NOT an '04, it's a 1906 or 1907.
4. Could it be this one? I took this shot in 1967 at the HCCA Meet here in Ridgefield. Last time I saw the car it was in a New car dealership on long Island. won an AACA Junior at the time , back then those ovals were a rare sight.

I remember the Hemmings ad well, the car had wire wheels, all white tires and an odd shade of yellow in my opinion. The car was on the East Coast at one time and I got to look at it. The thing that bothered me about the car was the lack of prep work on the chassis. It was badly rust pitted and no time was spent trying to fill them. Blast, prime & paint. I'm sure it's still in a collection today, maybe rerestored.
7. Speaking of Lumpy, were is his '40 Ford Convertable now?
8. Not Ford, you may want to photograph it in the sunlight.
9. They look like Cabriolet items not roadster. Not Ford but somethine on the 1928-32 era.
10. It would be helpful to know what you plan to buy, or what era you are interested in.
11. What does any of the above have to do with the vehicles in the auction? If the car belongs to owner A or B it's condition/value hasn't changed, look at the lump at the time of sale and bid or pass. I wouldn't pay more or less on any vehicle based on who owned at the time of sale.
12. Don't forget all the different shocks that were made for the Model T Ford, Hassler and APCO brand come to mind.
13. Air cooled CORBIN built in New Britain, Connecticut @1906. GREAT photos, thanks for posting them.
14.

Quote:

Best of All, I'd say it was 1913 Cadillac

I don't think so based on the steering colunm location, looks more like a 1916-18 Locomobile, and a custom bodied one at that.
15. They are NOT Ford, so the value is questionable unless you get real lucky.
16. I know for a fact that this AACA Plaque was on a car in 1970 at Hershey, if that helps date the different styles.
17. Not a car you see every day out for a drive! Very good looking restoration, Aqua Green with a white hull and top, with New York plates.
18. Thanks for the info John. I noticed the lack of the Sears tag right away, guess if enough cars are restored incorrectly you get to take that as normal. Were fenders standard or an option?
19. Well made item, is there a name on it? Looks like something APCO would have made for a Model T Ford, they made the best stuff in the 1920's.
20. A front view of the rim might help, could be an early '20's Buick item.
21. If anyone thinks this a POST 1925 item please explain how you attach brakes to that spindle.

Here is a photo of Spencer Wishart in his #19 MERCER that he drove in the 1914 Indy 500. It is also the car that killed him and his riding mechanic John Jenter at the Elgin race. NOTE: I just found a fine feature on Spencer Wishart in the September 1962 issue of CAR LIFE Magazine. He was from Greenwich,Connecticut not Philadelphia as I had thought for many years. It states that the used 1908 Mercedes GP car he raced at Indy in 1911 and 1912 cost him $63,000 in 1911!
23. George, Get a current copy of The Rodders Journal #25 it's on the Barns & Noble shelves now. There is a great feature on build an aluminun body from scratch. They built a '41 Willys Coupe in aluminum, but the technique is the same for any body.
24. It's a 1926 or 1927 Model T Ford Tudor Sedan. That vent also allows access to the gas tank filler.
