  3. a friend in mine has a special six 1920 engine and i think a few others...i will ask to see if a light six though i am not sure if the crank case is that much different...will check
  4. that is great you bought another...great cars. mine is 1923 is a special six though thus not sure of the difference on the brakes. i have tech data 27,28 plus a Stutz produced original maint type manual for 23. it is storage but i will try to get it in the next month so we can compare.

  8. the motor meter was a great and rare find. we can start looking for this book for starters on ebay or auto lit etc....i can not find a picture of the dash...a friend sold an early 20s Lexington years ago but suspect dash changes. WILL RESEARCH IF WE CAN FIND A PHOTO OF AN EARLY LEXINGTON DASH...ON TWO OF MY EARLY 20S ASSEMBLED MAKES I THINK ONLY THE AMP GAUGES ARE SCRIPT WITH THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THE OTHER GAUGES-IGN SWITCHES ARE DELCO ETC...THUS NOT TOO HARD OF A TASK TO FIND CORRECT NON SCRIPT GAUGES FOR THAT YEAR.
  10. one of those hard items to price for sure....i have not bought any backup generators for mine. i would hope that 750 -900 usd would be a fair price but as in most cases we pay more for Stutz parts. not that we want to.

  21. all good points...if only a frame exists perhaps on a 30s era car why not? but a complete car whether a Packard or A Model i think a shame to modify it..
