  1. I need a set of sill plates for a 1948 Buick Roadmaster Conv. Original stainless that can be restored. Tom Payette tpayetteky@aol.com 502-727-9945
  2. I am having fabricated new rolled and chromed rear quarter UPPER window frames very close to original. Currently have about 8 sets ordered and am looking for additional orders to lower cost. Estimate cost to be $400+/- depending on final count. These top frames are unique to the 53 Skylark and I believe the 53 Eldorado. It is common to find the top portion of the rrear qtr. frames rusted because the window will usually be stored down and mostiure easily lays there causing a rustout. 14. As I have noted before, I was a winner of a black and tan Select Sixty Coupe(which we paid for...no free ride there) in April 1988. I know my car came with the hood emblem already mounted. It was shipped to my dealership while we were at the Select Sixty celebration in Arizona and my salespeople were all over it when it arrived as it was not a regular allocated Reatta. I did not think to remove and replace it with standard emblem. If it had come separately, I would still have it today. I drove the car a few miles and then sold it. Other than the emblem, I do not recall any other differences. If I still had my old car deal files, it would be easy to find this car with all the associated information including copy of build sheet, invoice and so forth. Reattas were HOT then. Tom Payette
  15. Barney, we may be in Chicago then; however if I am in town and have a Reatta to drive up...I will be there. May try to bring a few other Reatta owners with their cars.
