Matt,
It was wonderful to meet you and your family at the banquet.
My hat is off to Pat and the whole team ftom GVACS and Wayne Drumlins for a wonderful meet.
Someone was watching out for us all with respect to the weather.
I got soaked loading the Met on the trailer Sunday morning, but I've been wet before.
Some think I'm all wet all the time!
I'd like to volunteer my flea market space at Hershey for a DF get together Wed, Thursday or Fri evening or maybe all three.
We'll all talk about that as Hershey approaches.
Hi Steve,
Don't be bashful, give us your space number for Hershey. I'll bring the Moxie.

Bill Boudway

Hi,
I hope that someone recorded the National Anthem as the huge flag was flying from Pat's flagpole. The vocalist was a last minute "find" from the Canandaigua Academy (high school) vocal group.

Hi Folks,
I'm on the deck to help with trailer parking for the Eastern Spring Meet.
For those who would like a measure of security for parking their trailer, we have contacted City Mini Storage on South Main Street in Canandaigua.
They have a gated, fenced facility with camera security, and are located about 2 miles from the show field. They have a limited amount of spaces available.
Contact them at (585) 394-9400 for rates and availability.

Hi,
I pay $200.00 for the season, October through May for secure, unheated storage south of Oak's Corners. Steve Austin was charging $100.00/month for dead, heated storage in Palmyra in the old Bassage Ford garage.
If the person hasn't paid up, I would get busy and find legal help to put a lien on the vehicle, assuming it has any value.

Hi Bernie,
Yes, a long drive from Los Angeles. Perhaps four days. More if you drive the
Dixie Flyer.
your trip reminds me of the great movie about the worlds fastest Indian. A great story about an Aussie who restores an Indian motorcycle to take to Bonneville for the speed trials.
Good luck with your painting and final assembly.

Hi Bernie,
Thanks for the update photo.
We've all been waiting to see the progress.
A question; Is the image reversed in the photo, or will the Dixie drive on the "wrong" side?

Hi,
Dixie Flyer should be easy to find.
Check with our (Packard Twin Six) roster keeper. He has registration records from several states that might include info that you're looking for.
Tim Martin, West Rutland VT. tum@vermontcounsel.com.
Tell him that I sent you.
Good luck,

Hi Bernie,
Your Dixie Flyer story is a great read. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I saw your a photo of your snubber tool in the recent copy of Antique Automobile Magazine. Our Packard Twin Six will have Gabriel snubbers
I either need to borrow your tool, or, it looks simple enough to make if I had the pin diameter and spacing dimensions.
Can you help with that information?

Bill Boudway
