1. I have a set of tail lights for sale for a 1965 Buick Special. I don't know if they can be used in a Skylark or not, surely someone out there knows. One of the tail light lenses is NOS and in the box, and the other is very very nice used. Looks NOS. See the attached photo. Asking $25.00 plus shipping. Any questions e mail at:

Thanks for your time. I also have hubcaps for the same car for sale.

  2. I see the guys before me didn't answer your question , I am a service advisor for a Buick dealership, so, to answer your question anonymous man....... Marvel mystery oil WILL NOT harm your newer engine at all, in fact, it will help it, by keeping it clean and helping burn out deposits.....you found out yourself! Nearly all my mechanics use it, as do I, every other fill up! I put 4 ounces in per tank full. It will not cause damage to the injectors, sensors, converters, etc. Use it, go ahead it's good for it!! You buy it anyway,....why not put some in your newer engine??? Now,....any other questions? Have a great day and Happy Motoring!

  3. Lookin' to buy a 63-72 Skylark, GS or Riv. Must be in excellent original or restored condition. I would like a turnkey car that needs nothing. Something fairly close to Wisconsin. Any color but green, .....Bronze or Gold would be great, though not picky. E mail photos if you can or call

    715-223-4760. Thanks for your time.

  4. Hub caps for 65 Buick Special, very nice condition, no dents or dings, the centers are a little discolored, but nice. See photos attached, and e mail me with other questions. $25.00 plus shipping takes all four.

They are just sitting in my garage. Thanks for your time, have a great one.

  5. I would like your opinion on the 430 engine,....is it good and reliable? or should I stay away from it, as I am planning on buying one with about 30,000 actual miles on it. Does the engine have enough horsepower to pull a masive Riv? Plus maybe do a burnout or 2??? Tell me what you are thinking?

Also, are there any good books out there on the Riviera? Thanks.

  6. Just wondering what the majority of you think,...to put white letter tires on it or to not put the white letter tires on it? That is the question. 69 Riviera GS, total restoration. What do you think? Should I? Did they come that way? Were they an option? I am thinking of buying one. It has the Buick mag wheels. Should I go with red lines? Thanks for your time.

  7. I am selling my wheel covers for a 65 Buick. blush.gif Take a look at the photos, they are in very nice condition with minor discoloration on the center medallions, no rust or dents. wink.gif Click on the attachment to see them. Make me an offer, I need to sell them, they are just taking up space in the garage. I don't want to throw them out. shocked.gif
