  1. Tom, I think I have a set, but locating it is the problem. Also there are many bushing suppliers that will make the bushings to your specs. And if lucky with the pin size you might be able to buy the shaft from mcmaster carr. The thrust bearing is available from bearing suppliers. I'll look.
  2. Order the print from the museum and have them made.
  3. I might have some also. But my parts storage system is pitiful.
  4. I recognize the place. Hows the old boy doing?
  5. I did respond. You did not appreciate finding a new part for a car over 90 years old.
  6. Your chose on condition. One nos and some used ones. email me at studerex@aol.com
  7. An early attempt to solve death wobble. It can occur with any straight axle car. Many early SAE papers written on the problem. Hitting a bump on one wheel can send the shock to the other wheel, then get passed back and forth. If you ever have it happen you will never forget.
  8. Dale We corresponded back in april of 2014. You bought all of the Antique Studebaker clubs back issues available then. The one posted here must not have been one available then. You can contact the author of that color article. He lives in your area. Rex
  9. Does anyone know where I can locate the wire-on ends that are for 90 degree as seen on the attached photos. These are on a 1929 Studebaker roadster door. One is a restored car and the other a old original door. Thanks for any ideas.
  10. That disc looks ok. But if you are concerned you can have it rebuilt at https://www.southbendclutch.com/ when you are here for the national meet. They usually take one day to rebuild and have done dozens for me. About 5 miles from fairgrounds.
  11. Andy would know the details of what is there. I got the 1929 president and seen some dated earlier.
  12. For anyone replacing wood and need patterns, the museum has full size body prints to scale. They sell copies. I have bought them for 29 and 31 bodies and hundreds of other parts. They do have older years also.
  13. Yes, I also have 28, 29 30, 31 32,33 studebaker headlights.
  14. If you don't buy it let us know the contact info. Somebody will surely snap it up.
  15. Henry, I think I have a NOS one in the box that matches this one. I'll check.
  16. This is the cable I use from Mcmaster carr. Battery Wire, 600V AC/DC, with EPDM Outer Insulation, 2/0 Wire Gauge. You can order new ends from them also.
  17. No the wire off the generator is the cause of the starter kicking in. To disconnect the startex you remove the wire on the top of startex and tape it off. You need a wiring diagram and the startex book.
