The first thing I would look at is the condition of the upper A arm rubber bushings.

speedi sleeve comes with the tool. It does not stick out. see photos.

Gary Looks like 20005 seal and 99199 sleeve.

I have changed to a modern seal on over a dozen cars. I remove the slinger and install a speedi sleeve. I have the numbers of the sleeve and seal if you want to go that way.
