  1. Love the blue rims, gets you down the road and best part is nobody will steal your wheels or stereo.
  2. Dang, that's nice, car looks real heavy. Love the big sun visor, appears to be custom made and flows with the car. Thanks for sharing
  3. Mine attaches where ever i want it,(down side is that's 7"dia) so it limits placement. Waiting on that cloth braided wire to rewire the motor and into a on / off switch somewhere below the dash. Yep, the wood is all original as far as i can tell, except the prior owner just slopped clear varnish ? on the wood, not perfect, just OK. Yes, i tried to keep it as original as much as possible and not throw a lot of money at it. It is total blast to drive it. Its a people magnet. Zak
  4. All original except the paint and new Wal-Mart tires, and front and rear seat covers which where removed from a 1940's Ford Woodie. Rebuilt flat head 6 with a 3 sp top loader transmission, 6 volt system, new period correct wiring harness from Rhode Island Wiring. Adding a new A/C unit (pictured) after refurbishment next week.
  5. Annual Woodie Cruise along highway 101 towards Oceanside Ca. No breakdowns or no issues with any of the cars. Sunday 9/24/2023
  6. Looking for a Temp gauge 1937 PT50 P/N 665098
  7. Yes, maybe I will try this, nothing to lose thanks for the suggestion cheers Z
  8. Yep, i know they are on ebay for $250 up to $400, no deep pockets here. So, the part number is 665098 which was used on 1937 Dodge and Plymouths PT50's is what i am looking for. I have a part number 706411 working order if anyone needs this one. Cheers
  9. https://www.headwinds.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=HLAdapt_Plymouth36-37 Just found this site. Last resort, you can go with these. Really surprised that nobody on this site has recommended or suggested this easy fix for daily drivers.
