I doesn’t have a throttle butterfly, maybe industrial.

If it helps you with your sale, I believe it is a 30hp 1909 overland jug. You can confirm with more knowledgeable sources but that was the year the manifolds bolted on and not just clamped on like a ford. Also the bore matches.
