I have a nice auto storge space. It's 6,000 sqft space (100 X 60) with tall ceilings and drive-up commercial garage door. It has controlled access gate entrance to the parking lot and then you enter into the subject building. All space is wide open and no columns in the middle, ease to maneuver your vehicles inside. All the interior has been demoed and cleaned up. Floor is concrete. I can do 1 year lease or 5 year lease terms. Lease is $6,000 per month. I'll add pictures in next two days. Thank you.
