I saw a note somewhere that a guy tapped the end of the torque tube ahead of the rear torque ball. It sounded like it made sense.
Anyone want to comment on this idea.
He actually drilled a hole, tapped it and put in a bolt.
I have to replace both the seals at both ends and the idea is to have access to see if trans fluid in getting in the torque tube.
I guess if I did it, I would use a 3/8 plug.
