  1. i had the same problem with my 1929 Pontiac 6-29. i was not able to find a puller. What i ended up doing, remove the tire, by removing the bolts, slide it off, then using a piece of wood behind (inside frame side) the rim and 2 small bottle jacks Frame ->bottlejack-->Rim. Then adjusting both equally, i was able to get the Wood spoke rim off. turns out my key was pushed all the way in. hope it helps.

  12. i have an engine from a 29/30 Pontiac ( what i have been told) , number is 526865-2 (drivers side /bottom side of engine ) .. any advice on what the numbers mean ?
