Hi Walt, Thanks for your good advise, Australia didn't import many either, hence clutching at straws and searching elsewhere. I agree, USA may be difficult market to locate items after these discussions, UK/Europe seems best option. Correction to Model Year of the Car its actually a 1939 as I've recently found out, apologies for misleading.

Hi Gary, Yes an old method but a good one, learnt that method back in my early days working on cars when I had no funds. One or two gaskets I'm not able to make is a Head or Exhaust Engine Manifold gasket, but will try the site recommended.

I have a French 1939 Hotchkiss Paris 686.6 Cylinder OHV. Engine Number 11748. Serial Number 82916. I'm looking to purchase some parts to repair the old girl. The Exhaust Manifold is cracked, before trying to fix the hash of a weld I would like to buy a replacement. Also I need a replacement head as mine is cracked in various places (8) some cracks are so deep inside exhaust ports they are not able to be reached to weld them up. Also a full set of Upper and Lower Gaskets including head and exhaust manifold. I live in Australia. Hope someone in USA is able to either help or guide me to best place to get parts.
