Looking for a aluminum 215 oil level indicator

I am trying to decipher an engine code for a friend's 63 Oldsmobile Cutlass that he just purchased on the right side cylinder head s227670g right under it on the block jn339 can somebody tell me what these numbers mean I know the S is a 215 I'm just looking for compression ratio etc it does have a four barrel carburetor on it
