We have a work shop here in Adelaide but they can not source the parts so we are now trying to obtain them via this forum. We have tried a couple of places in Michigan and California ,,, they have directed us to this forum.  I have logged into the forums at Buick Club of Australia but nothing as yet.

We are in Waikerie, South Australia and are looking for a supplier to send required parts for this Buick engine rebuild.

Require some tech tips and engine parts for this vehicle.  To change from  cast bearings to slipper Bearings.  Have been told that the Chevy 34 & 35 should have same  bearings.  Is it possible to change from  cast  bearings to slipper bearings at 30 thou as the crankshaft requires grinding.    If this is the case then can anyone direct us to a shop that would have the parts including a set of main bearings at 040 thou.
