Hello- Thanks for the questions. The boxing ring bell is a very old-school car alarm. I'm aware the original horn bar is missing from the steering wheel; tried to make sure the picture indicated that was missing. There are after-market horns, which are functional, and original 4-note horns hanging from the underside of the hood (not functional). Best regards
