Our 1949 Lincoln Cosmopolitan cranks too slow to start even with a fresh 6V battery I've installed new 00 cables from the negative battery terminal to the starter solenoid and from the solenoid to the starter I've run OO cables from the positive terminal of the the battery to ground on the block with another cable from that ground to the bolt on the back of the starter. Any suggestions for improving the starting RPM will be appreciated
