The Product used on the windows is Called Peel & Cling made by Gila. It is removeable. The club we belonged to required safety glass or the Peel & Cling Removeable plastic Tint. Apparently a window had been broken in another club and a child was cut. The car is complete. No looking for parts. That was the nice thing about being the owners of this car.

This 1926 Peerless SD 6/80 has had three owners. Purchased, complete with all its parts. in 1974 and restored it to its original glory and is still in great condition today. The interior is original mohair, headliner and side panels are a heavy brown material. The rear windows have linen blinds at the top. The glass has no chips or scratches. Window tint was applied for car club safety reasons. The roof is canvas and waterproofed. The violet Smith Lens headlights are 9 ¼” diameter; running lights same colour. Chrome is in fair condition. Honeycomb rad and Peerless Eagle radiator green background emblem at the top. The Continental Flat Head 6-cylinder engine is unrestored. Engine compartment is clean. The brake booster, fuel primer and oil can are on the firewall. 3 speed transmission and rear end. Hydraulic brakes. The body is wood on a Gotfredson frame. The wheel base is 120”. Repairs were done on the bottom of the doors in 2013. Tires are Firestone Deluxe Champion 6.5-20, 4 ply on original wooden spoked wheels. Car has no trunk & spare tire is mounted on the back. Peerless Cars are very rare and there are only 362 Peerless vehicles (all years and models) registered with the Peerless Club and only 20 to 30 1926 Peerless 6/80 four door sedans worldwide.
