Hello Riv owners of AACA I'm currently looking for a 3.42 Posi unit to fit my 9 3/8 rear end since I do plan on upgrading my 73 Riviera for more performance. I've been on many forums telling me to just change the rear end to a ford or Chevy rear due to the aftermarket support those axles have, But I would like to keep this car all original in terms of the axle housing. I would greatly appreciate the help.
If there are no 3.42 posi out there, I would go for a 3.23 Posi.

9 3/8 Rear ends are compatible through the years of 1971-1976 and are usually behind full-size cars that came with a 455.
